Role Overview Senior SAP S/4 OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant to manage and deliver end-to-end OTC processes in SAP environments. The candidate will play a critical role in solution design, implementation, and optimization across SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. OTC Process Expertise - Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including: - Sales Order Processing - Pricing Billing - Shipping Delivery - Credit Management - Returns Refunds - Ensure alignment of processes with business requirements and best practices. 2. SAP Implementation Enhancements - Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations: - Requirement gathering - Fit-gap analysis - Solution design - Configuration and testing - Go-live and support - Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements within OTC processes. 3. Business Stakeholder Engagement - Work with business users to analyze requirements and provide solutions. - Conduct workshops and prepare functional specifications. - Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. 4. Integration Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with: - FI (Accounts Receivable) - MM / Supply Chain / Logistics teams - Support integrations using: - IDocs - APIs - EDI / CPI / PI 5. Documentation Testing - Prepare and maintain: - Functional Design Documents (FDDs) - RICEFW specifications - Test scripts - Support unit testing, SIT,
and UAT cycles and defect resolution. 6. Production Support - Provide post-go-live and AMS support. - Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance. Required Skills Experience Experience - 8+ years of SAP experience, with robust focus on OTC domain. - Hands-on experience in multiple SAP implementations/support projects. Functional Expertise - Strong knowledge of: - SAP SD (Sales Distribution) - Pricing Billing - Credit Management - Returns Processing - Understanding of FI-AR integration and revenue processes. Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with: - SAP S/4HANA (preferred) - Integration tools (CPI / PI/PO) - Interfaces (IDocs, APIs) - Ability to work closely with ABAP developers for enhancements. Soft Skills - Strong communication and client-facing skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving. - Ability to work independently and in team environments. Preferred Qualifications - SAP SD certification or S/4HANA certification. - Experience in global rollouts or template-based implementations. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models. - Domain experience in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or Pharma.
