Shift: 11 AM - 9 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

Role Expectations

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to handle online orders, inventory, order processing, and day-to-day e-commerce activities. The role will also involve coordinating with the store team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle online orders and order processing.
- Manage order fulfilment from order received to dispatch.
- Maintain inventory and update stock records.
- Manage products and orders on Shopify or similar platforms.
- Coordinate with the store team for order processing and dispatch.
- Track and update order status.
- Maintain daily order and inventory records in Excel.
- Support online sales and store operations.

Skills Required

- 1 - 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Retail, Store Operations,



or a similar role.
- Experience in order and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of online sales and order fulfilment.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
