About the Role

Apolis is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven Freshers to join our team as IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and the IT staffing industry.

As an IT Recruiter, you will work closely with candidates and hiring teams to identify, engage and recruit suitable talent for a variety of technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication and job fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

What We're Looking For

- B.Tech/B.E./B.C.A. Computer Science or Electronics & Communications graduates.
- Freshers with a strong interest in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic IT concepts and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Candidates who are comfortable working from the office in Noida.
