We are currently seeking a Salesforce QA to join our team in Noida.

Role: Salesforce QA

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and E2E test cases.
- Test Salesforce CRM features, including Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Products, and Price Books.
- Validate the complete lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-order lifecycle.
- Verify chance stages, sales processes, quote calculations, approvals, discounts, and product pricing.
- Test Salesforce workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Validate data flow between Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
- Document and track defects through resolution while collaborating with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM applications.
- Understanding of Opportunities, Quotes, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Products, and sales processes.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, API, and E2E testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps and API tools such as Postman.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Additional Skills

- Must have experience on Automation for minimum 3-4 year of Automating end to end application
- Good to have experience on Automation tool- Playwright with Python
- GitHub Copilot experince to automate and develop scripts
