Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Responsibilities:

- Person is authorized to sign (as a doer):
- Parenteral GMP documents
- Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs

- Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
- Responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
- Responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification/requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
- Any other job assigned by superior.
