Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave and employee records.
- Manage manpower planning and workforce requirements for plant/operations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct performance management, training and development activities.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for HR-related requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports and personnel documentation.
- Support audits, inspections and HR policy implementation.
