About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate – Marketplace Ads to join our Marketplace Ads team, primarily focusing on Amazon and Flipkart Ads . The role involves campaign management, optimization, performance analysis, and working closely with Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, optimize, and manage Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor budgets, bids, and key performance metrics.
- Identify trends and opportunities to scale campaigns.
- Prepare reports and share performance insights.




- Work closely with Account Managers to achieve campaign goals.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and advertising strategies.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Marketplace Ads – Amazon/Flipkart .
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple industries/geographies.
- Good understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including Seller Central and Vendor Central .
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
