Job Summary:

Life Educare is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations for a reputed residential school in Coimbatore. Candidates with experience in the education/residential school sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff engagement.
- Coordinate performance management, training,



and employee development.
- Implement HR policies and maintain proper HR processes and documentation.
- Work closely with school leadership on people and HR-related matters.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Robust knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
- Experience in a school/residential institution is an added advantage.
