Job Overview

McLine Studios Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a client-centric approach, and a proven ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and service offerings.
- Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations,



and commercial discussions to support the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Prior experience handling international clients is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage.
