We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to manage customer orders, invoicing, documentation, shipping coordination, and customer communication for GCC-based distributors and customers.

The role requires close coordination with Factory, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery and closure.
- Coordinate with customers on order status, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with Factory teams for order processing and production requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payments, and related documentation.
- Prepare and manage accurate invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate shipping and freight-forwarding activities.
- Follow up on shipments and deliveries to ensure timely execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate order and customer records in SAP.
- Coordinate across Supply Chain, Logistics,



Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support approximately 6–7 distributors/customers across the GCC market.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or Supply Chain Coordination .
- FMCG industry experience preferred.
- Robust experience in order processing and customer documentation.
- Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, and export documentation .
- Experience with invoicing and payment coordination.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer-management skills.
- Experience supporting GCC customers or distributors will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely in UAE business hours.
