Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and align labour for unloading incoming stock efficiently and safely.
- Monitor the receiving and handling of eggs and other perishable inventory.
- Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process and stock receiving documentation.
- Follow and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for inventory movement.
- Understand and verify product labels, including batch, expiry/use-by dates and other relevant information.
- Conduct regular stock checks and identify discrepancies, damages or quality concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth movement and availability of stock.
- Travel to different locations as required for operational activities; travel allowance will be provided.
- Ensure adherence to company processes,



hygiene standards and safe handling practices for perishable products.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 12 years of experience in perishables, preferably in the eggs/FMCG/food category.
- Bike: Mandatory; candidate should have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
- Good understanding of GRN, FIFO, stock handling and label reading.
- Good communication, coordination and basic documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
- Travel Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
