Job Summary

We are looking for a UX Engineer Product & Frontend who combines strong UX/product design expertise with hands-on frontend development capabilities. You will own the user experience of our recruiter platform and candidate applicationfrom user research and usability testing through Figma design, prototyping, frontend implementation, and web performance optimization.

You will work closely with stake holders, product managers, and engineering teams to identify real user problems, translate research insights into intuitive and accessible experiences, and build implementation-ready solutions using React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and contemporary web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct UX audits and identify usability and workflow issues.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research with recruiters and candidates.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Build scalable Figma design systems, components, variants, and design tokens.
- Design responsive, mobile-first web and application experiences.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure designs are practical and implementation-ready.
- Understand and contribute to frontend development using TypeScript and React.js.
- Work with Tailwind CSS and modern web development practices.
- Optimize web experiences for performance, responsiveness, layout stability, and usability.
- Identify and address issues related to page load time, rendering, responsive layouts, component performance, and browser behavior.
- Understand and work with Redis caching at a basic level for performance-oriented applications.
- Have basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-hosted web applications.




- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Define analytics/event tracking requirements using tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.

Required Skills:

UX / Product Design

- 4+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Strong Figma expertise Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Tokens, Dev Mode.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, interviews, journey mapping, and information architecture.
- Strong interaction design and responsive/mobile-first design skills.
- Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS applications.
- Understanding of accessibility and WCAG principles.

Frontend / Web Development

- Good working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React.js and component-based UI development.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development.
- Understanding of responsive layouts, browser behavior, cross-device compatibility, and web UI architecture.
- Experience with web performance optimization, including page load performance, rendering, layout optimization, lazy loading, caching, and reducing unnecessary frontend overhead.
- Basic understanding of Redis/cache concepts and how caching can improve application performance.
- Basic experience/familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based web applications.
- Ability to understand frontend code and communicate effectively with engineers.
