Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Event Manager/Event Head with strong expertise in planning and executing large-scale corporate, government, international, and brand events.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working closely with Government Ministries/Department, APEDA,DGFT,FCI , Customs ,Agricultural authorities and other regulatory authorities,& Seniors officials, VIP/VVIPs, and major venues such as Bharat Mandapam.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events, conferences, summits, exhibitions, and brand events.
- Coordinate closely with Government Ministries, departments, PSUs, protocol teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Manage VIP/VVIP protocol, hospitality, delegate management, security, logistics, and venue operations.
- Handle event production including stage, AV, LED, branding, fabrication, and technical requirements.
- Manage vendors, agencies, budgets, negotiations, timelines, and event deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle last-minute changes, operational challenges, and crisis situations effectively.




- Conduct post-event evaluation and ensure closure of vendors, documentation, and budgets.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale event management.
- Proven experience with Government/Ministry events and senior-level stakeholder management.
- Prior experience managing events at Bharat Mandapam or other major convention/exhibition venues.
- Solid project management, negotiation, communication, vendor management, and crisis-handling skills.
- Good understanding of VIP/VVIP protocol, event production, logistics, and budgeting.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority activities under tight deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates who have independently handled major government/international summits, brand launches, conferences, or high-profile events will be strongly preferred.
