About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Female Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing Quartz business in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, builders, and project clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Delhi NCR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, dealers, fabricators, and project consultants.
- Generate current project leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client and project visits to understand requirements and promote quartz products.
- Present and explain the company's Quartz slabs, designs, finishes, and product range to customers.
- Develop new dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, product presentations, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project status.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Kitchen, or Interior Industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of project sales and B2B business development.
- Should be confident in meeting architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client and project meetings.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Female candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred.
