Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Helpdesk Consultant to lead and support Helpdesk implementations and configurations within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fusion Helpdesk setup, workflows, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement & configure Oracle HCM Helpdesk solutions
- Verify & optimize Helpdesk configurations/workflows
- Collaborate with HR & IT teams on case categories & escalation rules
- Provide functional guidance, documentation & enduser training
- Ensure integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Perks
- Troubleshoot issues, perform UAT & support postproduction
- Deliver clientfacing workshops & promote best practices
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Helpdesk Functional
- Handson with case management, SLA setup, escalation rules
- Knowledge of Fusion HCM integrations & reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problemsolving & client engagement skills
