We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager B2B to drive sales and business growth for Motorola Solutions products, including Walky Talky systems, Body-Worn Cameras, CCTV, and Halo Sensors. The role involves corporate and government account management, new business development, and consistent achievement of sales targets .

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive B2B sales for Motorola Solutions products across Corporate & Government Institutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new customer acquisition
- Manage key corporate accounts and ensure long-term customer retention
- Generate leads through cold calling, online research, references, and networking
- Conduct ~60 client meetings per month across assigned territory
- Ensure timely order execution and payment collections
- Handle routine sales coordination and correspondence independently
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily sales call reports
- Monthly MIS & sales pipeline reports
- Prospect funnel analysis




- Maintain close coordination with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales/Industrial Sales /Enterprice sales
- Prior experience in Safety & Security, Surveillance, Telecom, or High-Value Product Sales preferred
- Exposure to Industrial Sales and/or PSU / Government Sales is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Stable career history with long-term role commitment

- Experience in sales planning and strategy execution
