- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets by upselling products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in tele sales or related field (BPO/call center).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Solid verbal communication skills for clear conversation over the phone.
