Role & responsibilities

J Angle Studio is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience in residential, commercial or interior/turnkey project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating contractors and vendors, monitoring workmanship and ensuring execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction and interior execution activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, vendors and project consultants.
- Monitor workmanship, quality and construction standards at site.
- Check measurements and quantities of executed works.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site.
- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team for suitable solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress updates.
- Ensure proper sequencing of civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring and other works.
- Check levels, dimensions and alignment of executed works.




- Coordinate with architects and clients during site meetings.
- Maintain site records, measurements, material records and work progress reports.
- Assist in preparing contractor bills and verifying executed quantities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and execution methods.
- Experience in contractor and subcontractor coordination.
- Knowledge of quantity measurement and BOQ verification.
- Valuable communication and site management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining site records will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

A hands-on professional who can independently manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate multiple agencies and ensure quality, timely execution and adherence to drawings.
