Role Summary:

The Cloud Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions. This position requires proven expertise with Microsoft A and relevant certifications. The Cloud Architect leads cloud migration, automation, and optimization initiatives to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the enterprise cloud architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments.
- Lead cloud transformation and migration programs, including modernization of legacy systems.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and governance models for cloud adoption.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and security teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and secure cloud deployments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve agility, cost-effectiveness, and innovation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers, solution architects, and development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and optimization of existing cloud workloads.




- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security practices, and governance policies.
- Document architecture designs and provide technical guidance to teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for automated provisioning and configuration management.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Advanced understanding of networking, identity management, and cloud security controls.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD integration, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and cloud-to-edge integrations.
- Solid scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
