Role & responsibilities

An experienced qualified applicant with a 3 year Diploma / Hotel Management degree, strong background of F&B; preferably with work experience in a GM cadre in South region, age below 50 yrs. preferred. Job responsibilities include:

- Directs and coordinates hotels activities to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize full potential with a balanced focus on hotels mission, guests, employees and management satisfaction.
- Lead the team of hotel HODs and Staff and responsible for administration, Monitor, maintains the progress and Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment condition and provide status report to Vice President-Operations & Sales.
- Maintains public relations director and promotes the property within the hotel industry, local community and trade associations.
- Assigns duties to HOD's and observes performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
- Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff, HOD's and other units and group companies to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment of special event need.
- Monitor the Guest feedback on Trip advisor and other OTAs.




- Receives and resolved in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
- Provides training to staff and HOD's based on case studies / incidents that happens to upkeep the skillset.
- Selects or assist in the selection of hotel staff and completes all recent hire
- Review employee performance and conducts personnel review and disciplinary actions as and when required.
- Ensures the objectives and goals of property, work together to achieve brand positioning and success.
- Ensure full compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
- Review on KRAs of Operational Heads
- Management Information System
- Team building, employee engagement
- Employee relations,
- Supporting in Recruitment of personal across all departments

Preferred candidate profile

- Preferably a Telugu speaking Hospitality professional
- Proven track record as a Hotel Manager of a Luxury Hotels
- Preferably F&B; background Hotel Management
- Graduation in Hotel Management with rich experience at renowned brand hotels
- Age below 45 years.
- Able to communicate in Telugu.
