? We’re Hiring: Collibra Practice Lead

Emisha Global is looking for an experienced Collibra Practice Lead to lead and grow our Collibra consulting and delivery capability across our expanding data governance portfolio.

We are looking for someone who combines deep Collibra expertise, hands-on implementation experience, solution architecture skills, and strong customer engagement capabilities .

What we’re looking for

Collibra Ranger Certification – Mandatory

Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Collibra implementations in enterprise environments

Strong hands-on knowledge of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform , including:

- Data Governance & Catalog
- Business Glossary and Operating Models
- Data Marketplace
- Data Quality & Observability
- Workflow design and configuration
- Metadata ingestion, integrations and lineage
- Roles, responsibilities, policies and governance frameworks

Ability to lead solution architecture, design, configuration and implementation of enterprise Collibra solutions

Experience translating business and governance requirements into scalable Collibra operating models

Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage and metadata management concepts

Experience leading consultants and providing technical and delivery oversight across multiple engagements

Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with CDAOs,



Data Governance leaders, Data Owners, Stewards and technology teams

Ability to support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals and customer demonstrations

The Role

As our Collibra Practice Lead , you will take ownership of the Collibra capability within Emisha — helping define delivery standards, build reusable accelerators and best practices, mentor consultants, support strategic opportunities and ensure successful delivery across customer engagements.

This is not purely a management role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front and remain close to architecture, solution design and implementation.

You will also play an important role in helping us build and scale the Collibra practice across APAC and other international markets .

Experience: Senior / Practice Lead level

Collibra Ranger Certification: Mandatory
