Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct actuarial analysis to support business decisions, including pricing, reserving, and capital management.
- Develop and maintain complex models using Ind AS/IFRS standards to analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in insurance operations and implement changes accordingly.
- Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in an actuarial role within the insurance industry.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS standards and their application in an insurance context.
- Proficiency in developing complex mathematical models using statistical software such as R or Python.
