Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Prepare and review work orders, track progress, and resolve issues related to contract performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in the contracting process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of contract management principles, including negotiation, execution, and closeout processes.
- Proficiency in preparing accurate work orders and tracking progress against milestones.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for cost savings.
