Job Description:
- Prepare BOQ and quantity estimation for High-Rise building works.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
- Prepare BBS
- Check site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Prepare RA Bills and verify quantities as per BOQ.
- Prepare quantity take-off for civil works.
- Check concrete, steel, brickwork, plastering and finishing quantities.
- Prepare rate analysis for current/extra items.
- Maintain quantity and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Project Managers.
- Maintain billing records and prepare monthly reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and billing software is preferred.
- Experience in building construction projects will be an advantage.
