Polmon Group is expanding its Refrigeration, Chiller & Industrial Heat Pump business and is looking for experienced professionals to join our product development and manufacturing team.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Senior Manager / AGM Refrigeration & Heat Pump Systems Development
Experience: 12- 20 Years
Focus: Industrial Chiller, Refrigeration & Heat Pump Product Development

- Lead complete refrigeration and heat-pump system design and product development.
- Experience in thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, piping and system performance.
- Hands-on experience in industrial heat-pump design up to approximately 500 kW is highly preferred.
- Lead concept design prototype testing validation production release.
- Experience in high-temperature industrial/process hot-water heat-pump applications will be an advantage.

2. Senior Manager / AGM Manufacturing Chillers & Heat Pumps
Experience: 12–20 Years
Focus: Industrial Chiller, Refrigeration & Heat Pump Manufacturing

- Lead complete manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Robust hands-on experience in fabrication, refrigeration piping, brazing/welding, heat-exchanger assembly, compressor assembly and testing.
- Experience in pressure testing, leak testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging and performance testing.
- Industrial heat-pump manufacturing experience up to approximately 500 kW is highly preferred.
- Experience in production scale-up,



Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, productivity and quality improvement.

3. Design Engineers – Refrigeration / Heat Pumps
Experience: 3–10 Years
Positions: 5

- Detailed design and engineering of industrial chillers, refrigeration systems and heat pumps.
- Refrigeration-cycle, capacity, COP/EER, heat-transfer and pressure-drop calculations.
- P&IDs;, refrigeration schematics, piping layouts, BOMs and engineering drawings.
- Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion-device and other component selection.
- Prototype testing, troubleshooting and design modifications.
- Heat-pump design experience is an advantage.

4. Manufacturing Engineers – Refrigeration / Chillers / Heat Pumps
Experience: 3–10 Years
Positions: 10

- Hands-on manufacturing and production engineering for industrial chillers, refrigeration systems and heat pumps.
- Experience in refrigeration piping, brazing/welding, assembly, pressure/leak testing, vacuuming, charging and final testing.
- Production process improvement, quality, tooling, fixtures and work instructions.
- Experience in industrial refrigeration/chiller/heat-pump manufacturing is preferred.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Thermal Engineering, Production Engineering or equivalent.
