Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on building design principles, zoning regulations, and local laws to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
- Create architectural designs that meet client requirements and industry standards while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings for residential buildings (villas), commercial buildings, and high-rise structures using Architecture software.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 12-16 years of experience in architecture or related field with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in concept design, detail design, and working drawing preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Architecture software; knowledge of software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
