Job Summary

Role Overview: The Dynatrace Administrator will be responsible for platform configuration, governance, observability enablement, and operational support to ensure end-to-end monitoring across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services. Key Requirements: Integrate Dynatrace with AWS CloudWatch and ELK for log ingestion. Monitor AWS services including Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, ALB, NLB, S3, and DynamoDB. Design and develop dashboards for MTTR, error rates, latency, and SLA/SLO/SLI reporting. Build executive dashboards aligned to customer impact and business KPIs. Strong hands-on experience with metrics, logs, traces, and DQL queries. Experience integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines (deployment visibility), and Jira (change tracking). Automate dashboard creation and management using Dynatrace APIs.
