Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Production Head with 5-10 years of experience in production, delivery, or program management within digital production, interactive media, animation, gaming, technology-driven content, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and production workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D content production pipelines and the ability to effectively coordinate creative, technical, and production teams while ensuring timely, structured, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production planning, execution, and delivery

- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary creative, technical, and production teams

- Manage 3D content production pipelines including asset creation, animation, lighting, rendering, reviews, and delivery

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle

- Handle production schedules, resource planning, delivery tracking, and project priorities

- Identify production risks and implement mitigation plans

- Maintain delivery governance and ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations

- Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and distributed production teams

- Manage production workflows across digital experiences, interactive content, and technology-driven products

- Use production and project management tools such as Jira, ShotGrid, ClickUp, FTrack,



or equivalent platforms

- Balance detailed execution requirements with overall delivery and production oversight

- Support game-engine-based workflows, real-time content pipelines, animation, VFX, and interactive experiences where required

- Maintain clear communication across creative, technical, client, and production stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in Production, Delivery, or Program Management

- Experience in digital production, interactive media, animation, gaming, technology-driven content, or related industries

- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary production pipelines and cross-functional teams

- Strong understanding of 3D content production workflows

- Knowledge of asset creation, animation, lighting, rendering, review cycles, and delivery processes

- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in production planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery governance

- Hands-on experience with Jira, ShotGrid, ClickUp, FTrack, or equivalent production management tools

- Strong operational and organizational skills

- Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or distributed teams

- Professional proficiency in Hindi and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory

- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills

- Good to have: Experience with game engines, real-time content pipelines, animation, VFX, or interactive experiences
