Title of job - Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Lead / Senior Analyst

Summary -Crescendo Global is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM professional with strong functional and technical expertise across US-based HCM and Payroll implementations. The role will be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, supporting integrations and data conversions, troubleshooting system issues, and delivering effective HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for a US-based organization, with strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation.

Your Future Employer -Our client is a leading organization seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM professional to support enterprise HCM applications, US payroll processes, integrations, reporting, security, testing, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities - * HCM Functional Configuration: Gather and define business requirements and configure standard functionality across Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

- US Payroll & Compliance: Configure and support Oracle Payroll while ensuring alignment with applicable US state and federal requirements.
- System Support & Integrations: Troubleshoot HCM system issues and support imports, exports, OIC integrations, data conversions, and related Core HR, worker, payroll, billing, and AR data processes.
- Reporting & Technical Support: Develop or provide guidance on HCM reports using OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and eText templates,



while providing general guidance on integration solutions.
- Stakeholder & Project Collaboration: Collaborate with functional, technical, security, and project stakeholders on application/data roles, testing, documentation, migration, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.

Requirements - * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant Oracle HCM/Payroll certifications.
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, including hands-on implementation experience with new Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM instances for US-based organizations.
- 3+ years of experience working with US Payroll, with strong understanding of applicable payroll processes and requirements.
- Strong functional knowledge across Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Strong technical, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, including knowledge of HCM interface, error, processing, and validation tables used for HCM data imports.
