- Sales & Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly AUM and revenue targets.

- Client Acquisition: Source current investors via networking, referrals, and field campaigns.

- Portfolio Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and portfolio rebalancing.

- Financial Advisory: Match customer risk profiles with suitable equity or debt schemes.

- Channel Engagement: Train and support distribution partners or bank branch teams.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and KYC guidelines
