Position: Service Engineer (QC/DQC Instruments)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of GC, HPLC, UPLC, and GC-HS instruments in QC/DQC laboratories.
2. Troubleshoot issues such as pressure fluctuation, no suction, area variation, high pressure, gas-flow problems, GC spikes, and leakage.
3. Perform routine maintenance including flushing, internal cleaning, and consumable replacement.
4. Coordinate with OEM service engineers for major breakdowns and technical issues.
5. Maintain instrument service records and ensure maximum instrument uptime.
6. Support QC/DQC teams in resolving instrument-related issues during routine analysis.
