About the Role

Ivory Placements is looking for an energetic, responsible, and result-oriented Senior HR Manager to manage and strengthen our HR and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee management, HR operations, team handling, and client/candidate coordination, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand job requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and networking.

Screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates with clients.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

HR Operations

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies and processes.

Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.

Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Team Management

Lead and mentor the recruitment/HR team.

Allocate recruitment assignments and monitor individual performance.

Set targets and track team productivity.

Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Build a positive, disciplined, and performance-oriented work culture.





Employee & Client Relations

Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate delivery.

Handle employee grievances and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and HR reports.

Track vacancies, candidate pipelines, interviews, selections, and joining ratios.

Maintain accurate recruitment and employee databases.

Present HR performance metrics and updates to management.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or placement consultancy.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Good leadership and team-management abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Positive working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.

Candidates with experience in placement consultancy/recruitment agencies will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership rather than simply perform routine HR activities—a person who can build a recruitment team, improve processes, drive closures, maintain client relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of Ivory Placements.

Compensation

₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Working
Sunday: Weekly Off
