Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller) to join our healthcare/medical billing team. The role involves contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing claim status, initiating calls, documenting outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams to reduce accounts receivable days and improve cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims.

Analyze claim status, resolve denials, and escalate unresolved issues.

Update claim information in the billing system accurately.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and quality standards.

Work with team members to achieve collection targets and reduce outstanding receivables.

Maintain proper documentation of call activities and outcomes.

Job Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any under Graduate

Experience: Freshers are mostly Welcome

Salary: 15k to 30k per month
