Role Overview:

As a Payment Posting Associate, you will play a vital role in the revenue cycle by posting insurance and patient payments into the billing software accurately and on time. Your work ensures financial accuracy and helps maintain a smooth billing workflow for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

Post insurance and patient payments into billing software

Match EOBs and remittance details with claims

Flag discrepancies such as denials, short payments, or overpayments

Maintain logs and generate daily/monthly reports

Communicate with the AR team for clarifications

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Any degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc preferred)

Experience: 0 to 2 years in payment posting or medical billing

Skills:

Valuable typing & data entry speed

Basic knowledge of US healthcare & insurance

Familiarity with EOBs and ERAs

Eye for detail and accuracy

Location: Chennai

Salary Range: Above 15k per month
