Responsibilities:
Call US insurance companies for pending/denied claims.
Resolve billing issues & update claim status.
Ensure timely collections and meet daily targets.
Skills:
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of US healthcare preferred.
Willing to work in night shifts.
