What You'll Be Doing✅ Internal Audit Delivery: Execute internal audit reviews, testing programmes, and monitoring activities aligned to the annual internal audit plan.Risk&Control; Assessment: Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement across processes, systems, and governance frameworks. Audit Planning: Prepare risk-based audit plans that align with business objectives, audit scope, and organisational priorities.Audit Reporting: Document audit evidence, findings, observations, and recommendations in a clear, concise, and professional manner. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and colleagues across multiple functions to discuss audit outcomes and support continuous improvement.Action Tracking: Monitor agreed management actions and audit findings through to closure, ensuring timely implementation of corrective measures. Risk Management Support: Provide guidance and insight on risk management, compliance, and control-related matters across the organisation. What We're Looking For Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Audit Experience: Minimum 12 months of progressive experience within Internal Audit, Assurance, Risk, Compliance, or related functions. Professional Qualifications: Currently studying towards or actively pursuing a recognised qualification such as CIA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent. Big Four Exposure: Previous experience within a Big Four professional services environment is advantageous.Audit Methodology Knowledge:
