We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely closure of positions with the right talent. This role also requires building a solid employer brand and maintaining candidate relationships for future requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
