Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate selection process.

Handle bulk hiring for shop floor and technical roles.

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring.

Build solid talent pipelines for future needs.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.

Good understanding of manufacturing/industrial hiring.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring independently.
