Job Description – Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from Chennai; occasional travel to main campus as required
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

- Establish and strengthen corporate partnerships for placements and internships.

- Coordinate with recruiters and HR managers to arrange placement drives.

- Conduct training workshops and pre‑placement sessions for engineering students.

- Maintain placement records and prepare MIS reports.

- Collaborate with faculty and management for smooth placement activities.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.

- Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.

- Excellent communication and corporate relationship‑building skills.
