Role: Group Pricing Manager (Actuary)

Title: Manager / Senior Manager

Location: Goregaon (East), Mumbai

Experience: 2 years +

Education: Graduate

The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in pricing group life insurance products (e.g., term, credit life), along with excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. The role involves:

- Pricing and profitability analysis
- Reinsurance negotiations
- Development and enhancement of pricing models
- Collaboration with sales, underwriting, and finance teams

Pricing & Sales Support

- Prepare competitive and profitable quotations for group credit life insurance schemes
- Provide timely resolution of queries related to product, pricing, and process to support business acquisition and retention

· Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with Group Sales, internal departments, and reinsurers for finalization of quotations

· Compliance & Process Adherence

- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and maintain profitability standards

· Reporting & MIS

- Monitoring experience analysis and reporting to respective internal committees
