Educational Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in power transmission products such as couplings, torque limiters, clutches, and industrial safety brakes.

- 2 to 8 years of experience in sales of mechanical components, preferably power transmission products.

- Strong contacts with Indian machinery OEMs.





- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop marketing and business growth strategies.

- Customer-focused, self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented professional.

- Fluent in English and local Indian language.

- Experience working in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth with existing and recent customers.

- Develop and expand distribution channels.

- Provide technical support and product recommendations.

- Build long-term relationships with key customers and OEMs.

- Analyze market trends and propose business strategies.

- Support marketing activities including exhibitions and promotional campaigns.

- Manage budgets and sales plans.

- Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports.

- Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
