Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Computer experience required.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in Stores / Inventory preferred.

- Freshers can also apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials from suppliers.

- Check quantity and material details against purchase documents.

- Maintain material inward and outward records.

- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirement.

- Maintain stock registers and inventory records.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Properly arrange and identify materials in the store.

- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, and other store documents.





- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Engineering departments.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned person about shortages.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety in the store.

- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.

Required Skills
- MS Excel and computer experience.

- inventory management experience.

- Good record-keeping ability.

- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Responsible and organized approach.

- Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
