Our publishing platform enables writers to convert their stories and ideas into books that people can hold, read, and connect with.Seeking a self-driven, well organized individual to join our Publishing Management team to help assist Notion Press' published authors with post-publishing queries and concerns IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Managing ticketsRecording and managing issues and escalating where necessaryResolving cross-functional issues at the subordinate levelManage the scope of the issue and change control and escalate issues where necessaryMonitor the issues’ progress and intensityProvide status reports to the Team ManagerLiaise with authors, internal teams, and updates progress to team ManagerCustomer Service, updating author on ticket’s status and progress on a daily basisWork closely with authors to ensure the quality of the product meets industry standardsManage ticket evaluation and dissemination activitiesIs accountable for the delivery of planned deliverables associated with the ticketProviding regular status reports to the Team ManagerA PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS :0-2 years of customer facing experienceExcellent communication skills; both verbal and writtenExceptionally Organized and has expert multitasking skillsExperience in handling customer queries – Inbound / Outbound calls & TicketsWilling to work the extra mile when requiredRegional Language knowledge is an advantage – Hindi CompulsoryPrevious experience in handling queries through Ticketing system and Service level adherenceKnowledge about books & a passion towards customer serviceSound like a fit?
