Ajanta Pharma Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and analytical qualified for the position of Sr. Executive – Data Analytics to support the International Business function. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and timely delivery of business reports.Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.Solid team handling and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience in:SQLPower BI (Basic)Advanced ExcelVBAAbility to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.Strong business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.Preferred Attributes:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
