Core requirement:* Robust Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse experience.* Deep Power Platform knowledge: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages.* Hands-on C#, .NET and JavaScript development.* Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.* Strong production troubleshooting, debugging, RCA and incident management.* Experience in managed services/application support.* Ability to independently own customer issues from triage → resolution → closure.* Strong customer communication and stakeholder management.* Ability to handle escalations and complex technical issues.* Experience identifying recurring issues and implementing preventive improvements.* Ability to mentor junior team members.* Exposure to AI-assisted troubleshooting/support tools is expected.*Overall profile: This is more of a Senior D365 CE technical support / application support role rather than a pure D365 developer or implementation role.
