The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, and internal communications. Responsibilities include supporting logo design and branding projects, applying consistent typography and layout standards, and adapting existing designs to new formats. The role involves working closely with senior designers and marketing teams, following brand guidelines, preparing files for production, and incorporating feedback into design revisions.



The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the visual identity of Pushp India Ltd.Qualifications Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, visually appealing layouts.Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.Knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across formats.Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.G., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).Portfolio demonstrating creative work and an understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling.Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to constructive feedback.Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
