FIELD SALES OFFICER – CATTLE FEED DIVISIONPositions: 5Job Type: Full-time | On-siteExperience: Minimum 1 year in sales; experience in Cattle Feed / Veterinary / Animal Feed preferredCTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA + TA/DA as per company policyLocation: Sonbhadra, Ghazipur, Mau-Ballia, Azamgarh & Chandauli, Uttar PradeshJoining: ImmediateTravel: Field travel requiredAbout The Company50+ Years of Trust & Experience in Cattle FeedFive decades in the cattle-feed business, with the family business in Punjab.We are looking for capable and experienced sales professionals.Role OverviewThe Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing cattle-feed sales across the assigned territory by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy farmers.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales of cattle feed through dealers, distributors and direct farmer contacts within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, retailers and dealers.Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.Promote awareness and adoption of company products through farmer meetings, product demonstrations and on-ground campaigns.Drive sales of the company's cattle-feed portfolio, including pellet feed and newly introduced Mash and Chuni products.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Identify recent markets, customers and potential channel partners.Monitor competitor products, pricing,
