We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering operational excellence in the lending and mortgage domain.Key Responsibilities✅ Process mortgage loans from initiation to approval, including:Opening loan filesOrdering and reviewing documentationPre-qualifying applicantsPreparing disclosure statementsSubmitting loans for approval✅ Handle loan servicing and operational activities such as:Deal closingDrawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and pre-paymentsFunding and rate fixingsFee processing and external paymentsInterest collectionsNostro and Past Due Reconciliations✅ Ensure:100% compliance with process policies, controls, and guidelinesTimely completion of transactions within SLAEnd-to-end exception management and issue resolutionAccurate MIS/KPI reportingContinuous process improvement and automation initiatives✅ Collaborate with:Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teamsBorrowers, Agents, Trustees,
