Role:We are looking for a Senior Manager to manage sales voice process in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and developing high performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and direction to the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized coaching and development plans for team members.Identify and address skill gaps within the team, facilitating training and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement,
