Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales teamSet and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsGenerate and convert current business opportunitiesManage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Site Visit → Requirement Understanding → Proposal → Negotiation → ClosureMonitor team performance, follow-ups, conversions, and pipelineHandle high-value clients and project negotiationsDevelop new lead generation and business development channelsCoordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth client handoversConduct regular sales reviews to ensure team accountabilityBuild strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, builders,
